NOTD: Flares by Look Beauty

I love this colour! This one is Flares Nail Pop by Look Beauty, and it's just a touch darker than pastel lilac- kind of a grape colour. I also find Look Beauty nail polishes to last pretty well, it took a couple of days before this one started to chip. ◕ ‿ ◕

Etude House Color Lips-Fit Review...

Colour Lips Fit were released by Etude House this Spring and are described as a 'magic water lipstick'. They are supposed to give vivid colour that easily absorbs into the lips.

I've got to say Etude House win again!  (ノ◔ヮ◔)ノ*: ・゚ The product is ultra light, and feels just like water- there's no stickiness or discomfort. It feels like it sinks into the lips but gives an impressively pigmented finish. I'd say the finish is not matte, but not ultra glossy either. The colour I chose was Magical Fit Pink, which it turns out does not suit me at all! It is far too light for my pale complexion... Booo! :( but blending a little dab on my lips gives a much more wearable sheerer finish so all is not lost woo!

The scent is not very strong, just a slight sweetness to it, and the texture is very liquid like- pretty much water. Also the packaging as always is lovely. ◕ ‿ ◕

Overall the product is very good and well  worth a try...

I bought mine from this ebay seller for £5.90

New make up...

Here's a round up of the new make up I've bought lately...

In Poundworld I found three lovely shades of Revlon Colorstay nail polishes (Calla Lily, Red Carpet, and Sorbet) Calla Lily has a lovely shimmer to it like fresh glistening snow :)

In Superdrug I went straight to the Rimmel stand as I new I had to get some of the Sweetie Crush nail polishes! I am a sucker for anything pastel. I bought Candyfloss Cutie and Violet Swizzle. I also got a Double Hit Lip from Look Beauty in Citrus Kick as all their make up was half price. This will be the perfect shade for Summer.

I made an online order for some Korean cosmetics that had caught my eye, and by the time it arrived I'd forgotten exactly what I'd ordered which made opening the package quite exciting! I ordered the Etude House Magic Any Cushion bases set...

One of the new Holika Holika Juicy Shine Lipbalms n Watermelon, a Cheek Tok in Dream Pink

Also a Missha 3D Mascara (and as always lots of generous samples)

And finally a Tony Moly Happy New Year set which contains deluxe samples of their 3 best selling products, The Floria Day Cream and Toner and the Goddess Aura BB Cream which I've been wanting to try for ages!

(I bought all the Korean cosmetics from this ebay seller) I will be posting reviews soon!

Japanese Candy Kit: Kracie Neru Neru Nerune Double Apple...

I made an order with Oyatsu Cafe recently, as I've been wanting to try some Japanese candy kits for ages! The first one I tried was the Neru Neru Nerune Double Apple kit by Kracie. Neru Neru were the first type of candy kits to ever be released in Japan and is pretty simple, so I thought it was the perfect kit to try first...

Although the (really cute) packaging is in Japanese there are step by step pictures which are easy to follow.

First of all you have to mix packet 1 with a drop of water which makes a lilac kind of syrup. Then you add packet 2 and it turns pink and a thick almost foamy gooey texture :) It tastes and smells really strongly of apple hi-chew but with a fizziness. You can then dip it in the ramune candy pieces. Which go together really nicely.

You can then go on to mix in the mystery sachets that are marked with question marks. Once you add the orange sachet and a drop of water the candy turns a peachy orange colour. After adding the final sachet the candy starts to bubble and fizz like a witches brew (hence the witch on the packet!)

Personally I wasn't such a fan of the second flavour as it tasted really sour but it was a lot of fun! I got mine for £1.80 from Oyatsu Cafe and my order arrived from Japan in a week :))
I have also filmed a video of me making it here for my Youtube channel.
