Mixiu Triple Shot lipstick review...
When Born Pretty Store contacted me about reviewing a product I was instantly drawn to this Mixiu Triple Shot lipstick. It is three colours in one, that gives you an instant ombre effect lip. Mixiu is a Korean brand I'd not heard of before so I'm excited to give them a try.
The lipstick comes well packaged, and the case itself is sturdy and good quality. It doesn't feel cheap- and it has that satisfying click when you put the lid on (anyone else like lipstick packaging that does that....?!)
You apply the lipstick with the darker shade on the inner part of your lips. The shade I chose was 15 which is a nice combination of bright orange, apricot and a nude beige. The texture is really creamy and moisturising whilst giving a glossy finish. As for pigmentation it is fairly sheer, which makes it a little difficult to clearly see the separate colours, but I actually really like the effect of all the colours mixed together- it gives a nice creamy orange gloss perfect for Summer!
I have uploaded a video review (here) that shows application, and what it looks like on.
Mixiu Triple Shot is available in 3 colours from Born Pretty Store Here for the bargain of £2.87 with free worldwide shipping.
Born Pretty Store have also kindly given me a 10% off discount code to share with you which is METW10 They have lots of lovely make up, and nail art supplies, so it's worth checking out!
[This lipstick was provided for reviewing purposes but as usual I have given a completely honest review]

DeleteOo, this lipstick looks really unique! o__o It kind of reminds me of the Benefit (or Too faced? Forgot) blusher/bronzer/highlighter stick product.

Yes- I know what you mean! :) It is a really good idea for a lipstick surprised more brands haven't done it :)
